Q: What is case pack?

A: For example, firecrackers that are packed 32/40/12 means the following: 12 firecrackers in one string; 40 packages of 12 on a string in a brick; 32 bricks of 40 packages of 12 on a string in a case.

Few more examples: Rockets packaged 36/12 means that there are 12 rockets in an individual package; 36 packages of 12 in a case. If 200 gram multi-shots are packaged 12/1, then each is an individual unit and there are 12 in a case. A reloadable item with a packing of 6/24 means there are 24 shells in one individual pack, 6 packages in a case. If the packing was 2/60, then there are 60 shells in one individual pack, with 2 packages making a case.

Q: What is Wholesale?

A: Wholesale is when a business sells large amounts to be retailed by others. Items are priced at the case level to for our wholesale customers.

Q: Why can't I see your prices?

A: We require customers to make an account that includes their Texas Fireworks Retail Permit information (if your business is in Texas) to be able to view our prices. If you are out of state, we require your State Sales ID and your State Fireworks license/permit (if applicable). Please refer to your state's laws and guidelines for more information.

Q: How can I get a Texas Fireworks Retail Permit?

A: Go to our Fireworks Permit and Rules webpage for details on how to buy a Texas fireworks permit from the Texas Department of Insurance and review the rules provided.

Q: I am a retailer from outside of Texas. Can I buy from you?

A: Yes! Please provide your State Sales Tax ID and your State Fireworks license/permit (if applicable) when creating an account. If you do not have the required information, please refer to your state's laws and guidelines for more information. Currently, we do NOT ship to NY, NJ, and CA.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Yes. For first time customers, the minimum order amount is $2,500.

Q: When can I buy WHOLESALE fireworks?

A: If you are a retailer, you can buy year-round from us! Please ensure you have your state's fireworks license/permit (if applicable) and State Sales Tax ID (for out of Texas). Some counties have temporary fireworks stand applications available if you choose not to get a permit/license. Example: Dallas County Temporary Fireworks Stand Application

Q: When can I buy RETAIL fireworks?

A: 4th of July: beginning June 24 and ending at midnight on July 4. New Year's: beginning December 20 and ending at midnight on January 1 of the following year. Click here for additional information.
